Because of the head and tail diameter of conical twin screw is different. Therefore, under the same service time, the wear of conical twin screw is more serious than that of parallel twin-screw.
The service life of conical twin screw is generally 3 months. The service life of RICHON brand parallel twin screw is more than 6 months (The life of screw is guaranteed to be 6 months. If it is broken within 6 months, it will be replaced free of charge).
At the same output, the cost of the Parallel Twin Screw used in the RICHON extruder is only 75% of the conical twin screw. For example, the price of PS130-28 screw is only 75% of that of SJSZ110-220 screw.
