Solution to uneven wall thickness of SPC floor


Reason: unreasonable amount of internal and external lubricant, unstable speed of quantitative feeding, serious wear of screw barrel and wrong fit clearance;


Solution: improve the ratio of internal and external sliding agent, correct feeding failure, replace barrel and screw, adjust the gap between barrel and screw.
